Welcome to Conveysation. Let’s start your Conveysation here. All clients, files, correspondence and financial figures shown in this demonstration are fictional. A clearer picture of your firm Your firm should feel at home in its workspace. We start with the Conveysation theme. Now watch it switch to Harbour and Vale Solicitors: a completely fictional example with a teal and gold colour scheme, its own logo and a different dashboard identity. Your branding is agreed during onboarding; this preview shows the kind of visual customisation available. Behind the design, intake, case progress and team activity stay connected. Now, let's have a look at the case list. Take a look across the properties, with the current position and next step alongside each one. You can see who's handling the matter and where attention is needed. For an owner, it's a practical way to see where the team needs support. When you want to look closer, just open the property. The detail stays attached to that file. From estimate to opening handover Let's look at how an enquiry becomes an instruction. The team can build an estimate from the transaction answers, then review the fees, VAT, discounts and any allowances before saving it. Here's a saved example. The categories make it easier to see what's included, and you can open a category to check the individual charges. Then, let's move to the opening form. An accepted instruction carries the client and property details forward, ready for the right template. Take a look at the completed fields here. Preparing the form, sending the request and confirming that the case has actually been opened are separate steps. Your firm's legal and compliance checks stay in place throughout. Evidence and team contributions Owner oversight should be supported by evidence. Team points lets you open the actions behind a colleague's recorded total, rather than rely on a number alone. Your firm can use points for recognition or an agreed incentive scheme, or simply to understand captured activity. They are not a substitute for judging quality or professional performance, and missing evidence doesn't establish inactivity. Staff have their own private totals; team-wide oversight stays with authorised accounts. The firm decides whether to enable the programme. What an employee can see Now we switch from the owner account to an employee. The menu changes to the pages this colleague is permitted to use. Alex's example role can view the firm's caseload, while an assigned-files role can be restricted to its own matters. Viewing a file doesn't automatically allow editing it. The employee doesn't get the owner's financial overview, firm settings or team-wide points. His own points remain private to him and the authorised oversight accounts. These boundaries follow the role and saved permissions; staff can't expand their own access. What an estate agent can see Next is the invited estate agent. This is a different, restricted view of matters shared with that agency. The agent sees the approved position and relevant help request, rather than the internal legal workspace. Internal source summaries, private file notes and the firm's financial overview are outside this view. Agents can submit a new referral, but can't edit the legal team's case records. Some information is deliberately shared to keep the transaction moving; the important control is which information, on which matters, reaches which account. Your firm stays in control Access follows the person's role and responsibilities. The owner controls permitted pages, while case scope and editing rights remain separate. Staff sign in with their individual Conveysation account credential and a separate authenticator code. Before connecting a real service, your firm agrees the data arrangements, authorised mailboxes, sending permissions and review rules. Any case-system connection needs its own supported access and testing; this demo doesn't imply a live integration or an approved partnership. Start with your firm's workflow, branding and access needs, then agree a rollout that keeps the right decisions with your people.
